Hailing from the Blue Mountains in NSW, Paint Job are at the pointy edge of an impressive collective of bands emerging from the area. Their success during COVID-19 has been largely due to their determination and self-awareness. Perfect yet undefinable, these guys can only be pigeon-holed as a “Rock” band by the laziest of listeners. Sure, it’s a guitar band but it’s a long, sophisticated and multi-influenced version. Prove us wrong, I dare ya.
