Barney Collins were recently nominated as finalists in the performing arts category at the 2024 Local Business Awards. To celebrate, we partnered with local businesses to host a unique fundraiser for Thrive Services.

The event featured Matt, who is a handyperson by day and generally covered in paint, transforming into a glamour for the awards night. With the help of local collaborators Sunshine Hair & Beauty, Ashanti Evolutionary Beauty, Livstar and Stunners, Arabesque Springwood providing styling, makeup, and wardrobe, the transformation was documented on social media, generating excitement and awareness showcasing the artistry and skillset available in the Blue Mountains.

The cost equivalent of each service provided has been donated directly to Thrive Services, so pleased to have donated $350!
